This is not a Conference.
___________________________________________
With the absence of lengthy speeches and audio-visual presentations, this is different.  Our Forums are invitation only for a peer-recognized group of accomplished litigators.  Everyone participates in a roundtable discussion centered around today’s issues and tomorrow’s challenges.

SHARE YOUR
IDEAS
The discussion based format of our Forums allows you to voice your opinion and collaborate on solutions with leading litigators in your practice area.  These events are a hub for new ideas and approaches. Expect to challenge and be challenged on your thinking.

BE AMONGST THE BEST
Our Forums are not open to the public. Those who attend are personally selected by a Steering Committee of their peers based on their knowledge, reputation and vast experience.

ACCREDITED FOR CLE / CPD
Although it's not your average CLE / CPD event, your participation at one of our Forums may qualify you for up to 8 hours of credits dependent upon jurisdictional approvals and requirements.

Our Steering Committees...
Our Steering Committees are comprised of, on average, 10 men and women, who are considered the thought leaders in their industry.  Each Committee is lead by a Chair or Co-Chairs who lead the Committee by shaping the Agenda topics and invitation process.  The Chair(s) works in tandem with our President, to guide them through the planning process.
Program Atmosphere...
  • This is an intense day-and-a-half of meetings. The six 80-minute Sessions, which are moderated by Members of the Steering Committee, are an interactive opportunity for a deep dive within complex issues.
  • A hollow square, for a maximum of 48 people, provides a level playing field.
  • The Steering Committee personally select all participants to ensure a high level discussion.
  • The receptions and dinners provide an ideal environment for referrals and networking.
The chatham House Rule...
To preserve the integrity of the discussions and encourage shared experiences, the Sessions are convened under the Chatham House Rule which provides a powerful "behind closed doors" atmosphere.

"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed".
"Terrific mindshare with top national practitioners as peers and colleagues. Perfect balance of big picture challenges and pragmatic defense options. A clearly differentiated, qualitatively superior program – fewer participants, everyone well prepared, engaged, in-depth, every topic was thoughtfully and carefully moderated."
