Our Story and Mission
The Litigation Series Inc. is, once again, a part of Cambridge Forums Inc. Founded in 2004, Cambridge hosts over 100 forums each year across North America, Europe and Asia. Our mission goes well beyond creating annual meetings. We help leaders continue to develop. It is truly lonelier at the top, and we believe that community and collaboration offer the pathway to excellence. The goal is to create communities for those who seek to explore the most pressing issues in off-the-record discussion and be amongst the very best in their practice area. Our unique discussion-based format allows a level of openness which is rare.

This is not a Conference.
With the absence of lengthy speeches and audio-visual presentations, this is different. Our Forums are invitation only for a peer-recognized group of accomplished litigators. Everyone participates in a roundtable discussion centered around today’s issues and tomorrow’s challenges.

Ours Forums are private. Attendees are chosen by peers for their experience, reputation, and deep knowledge.
ACCREDITED FOR CLE
While not typical CLE events, Forums may count for up to 8 hours of credit, depending on your jurisdiction.
Our Steering Committees are comprised of, on average, 10 partner level lawyers, who are considered the thought leaders in their industry. Each Committee is lead by a Chair or Co-Chairs who lead the Committee by shaping the Agenda topics and invitation process. The Chair(s) works in tandem with our Forum Directors, to guide them through the planning process. ​

Our Forums represent a variety of practice areas with a specialization in class actions. Encompassing both boutique and large litigation firms in the United States and in Europe, these programs are dedicated to addressing cases that are currently in the courts, and the ever-changing landscape of litigation for both sides of the bar.
