What is the Forum?
Established in 2013, the Forum is an annual meeting of up to 48 top litigators from England and the United States. Participants are personally selected and invited by the Steering Committee based on their experience and specialization in cross-border matters.
This discussion based meeting does not feature traditional speakers and audio-visual presentations; instead, it focuses on the participation of all those in attendance.
If you are interested in attending the 2025 Forum, please contact Lisa Nichols.
"I can say without exaggeration that it was the best conference I have ever attended. The format is exactly as described in the materials - an experience totally different to any other conference. A small group of select practitioners having a proper discussion about the burning issues on both sides of the Atlantic."
